Monday 8th July saw students from Year 3 to Year 10 taking on an unusual challenge: turning old and unwanted books into works of art.

Mrs Smith and Mrs Roderick ran some workshops that explored British iconic images and this led to students and staff creating recycled art from old books. Even Mr Street and Mrs Gray joined in:  in fact, we couldn’t get them to stop – such was their enjoyment!

Interestingly, such pieces are selling on some places at the cost of upwards of twenty pounds!
