Focus School Plymouth Campus starts the day with registration at 8.45am, which at present breaks the day into six lessons of fifty minutes,  two before morning break, two before lunchtime and two in the afternoon.  This allows for flexible and workable time allocation.

Many students take advantage of school provided transport which ensures a safe and comfortable journey from places outside Plymouth. Careful planning and organisation is required not only to ensure each student arrives on time and ready for learning, but that the school is also ready to receive them. To us, things such as the equipment a child has, the transport they use and the breakfast they have are all important things in making a day go well.

The early start follows through to finish at 2.55pm, and this not only allows for students to get home in reasonable time, but also provides valuable time for lesson preparation, staff meetings and training.

The school day is intended to be a living experience that students, teachers and parents enter into, share and enjoy to form a vibrant learning partnership.
